The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant would be satisfied if directions are given to the learned Trial Court to expedite the recording of evidence. 4.

He seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail application. 5.

The bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the learned Trial Court to not grant unwarranted adjournments and make efforts to conclude the trial expeditiously in terms of the provisions of Section 35 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

The applicant is at liberty to file the application afresh if the trial is not concluded within a period of eight to ten months.
