% 24.09.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition submitting to the effect that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties in terms of Memorandum of Record of Family Settlement dated 31.05.2018 and CS (OS) 238/1989 has thus been decreed in terms of the said settlement whereby vide order dated 01.06.2018 it has also been directed that the parties would take steps that all pending litigations be disposed of. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
