The Applicants were released on regular bail by separate orders dated 24th March, 2025 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, North West, Rohini Courts, however the said bail was subsequent cancelled by the ASJII, (Special Judge NDPS), North-West, Rohini Courts by separate orders dated 22nd May, 2025. In such circumstances, the Applicants' request for pre-arrest bail, is misconceived.

After making some submissions, counsel for the Applicants states that he would like to withdraw the present applications. 3.
