Notice is accepted by learned APP for the State and counsel for the respondent no.2 and with the consent of the counsel for the parties, the present petition is taken up for final disposal. It is stated in the present petition that lodging of the present FIR against the petitioners are nothing but merely quarrel at different times and disputes between the neighbours which were taken place on 04.06.2015. It is further stated the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and petitioners and respondent no.3 have no grievance against each other.

The complainant is present in person with her counsel and states that matter has been settled and she does not wish to prosecute the matter any further. Taking into account the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to quash the subject FIR as no useful purpose would be served in prosecuting the petitioners any further.
