The learned counsel for the applicant, at the outset, seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail application and file afresh after the eye witnesses are examined.

Considering that the applicant is in custody from more than four years, the learned Trial Court is directed to expedite recording of evidence of the eye witnesses.
