The present petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution for issuance of directions to the respondents to consider and decide the renewal application dated 15.03.2017 submitted by the petitioner with the respondent for renewal of the notary license.

The counsel for the petitioner stated that the respondent has renewed the notary license. Accordingly, the counsel for the petitioner on instructions from the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. 3.
