1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner/flat purchaser is agreeable that time-bound directions can be issued to the Registrar of Cooperative Societies ('RCS') to dispose of the applications filed by the Petitioners under Rule 137 of the Delhi Cooperative Societies Rules, 2007.

2. In that view of the matter, a direction is issued to the Respondent No.1/ RCS to dispose of the applications filed by the Petitioner under Rule 137 of the RCS Rules not later than four months from today, and in any event, not later than 31st May, 2020.

3. In that view of the matter, no further directions are called for in the present petition and the same is disposed of.
