However, in the interest of justice, it is deemed appropriate to request the Trial Court to make all possible endeavours to proceed with the hearing of the application (s) under Order XXXIX Rule 4 CPC filed on behalf of the petitioner as also as the application under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 CPC filed by the respondent and decide the same as expeditiously as possible.
