Repeated opportunities have been granted to the petitioner to place on record certain documents in support of the petition; however no such documents have been filed till date. It was recorded in last order dated 18.03.2024 that no further time will be granted for the purpose. Mr. Naman Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits, that evidently the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. The petitioner's conduct bears-out the submission. The petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of.
