The instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been filed on behalf of petitioners seeking quashing of impugned summoning order dated 22.08.2008 passed in Complaint Case No. 16095/1 dated 11.03.2008 pending in the Court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Patiala House, New Delhi and the complaint filed under Section 499/500/501/120 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC').

The parties state that they have amicably settled their disputes. In this regard, they have placed on record an affidavit. 3.
