This petition alleges wilful disobedience of order dated 25th February 2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) No.2420/2025, essentially noting the grievance of the petitioner and directing the NDMC/TVC to permit the petitioner to participate in the survey to be conducted by it.

Mr. Sriharsha Peechara, Standing Counsel for NDMC, appears and states the survey has in fact not commenced yet for the area of Connaught Place, New Delhi of which the vendors form part of/ where they had been previously vending. He further states that there is no question of noncompliance of orders of this Court and petitioner shall be duly included as part of this survey.

With this undertaking, this petition stands disposed of. 4.
