Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions from the concerned officer (who is present in Court), submits that the requisite payment along with the interest till date of payment shall be released to the petitioners latest within a period of 2 weeks from today. 2.

It is agreed that if the same is not done, it shall be construed as egregious violation of the undertaking given to this Court on the part of the respondents, entailing serious action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

Taking the above undertaking on record, the present petition stands disposed of.
