This transfer petition has been filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C. seeking transfer of the complaint case bearing CC No.617683/2016 under Section 138 of the N.I. Act and is currently pending before the Court of Ms.Twinkle Chawla, MM (NI Act), South-East District, Saket Courts. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant reiterates that the drawer bank is Dhan Lakshmi Bank, Greater Kailash Part-II, which falls under the SouthEast District. 3.

A bare perusal of Annexure-1 shows that the present complaint has been filed and is pending before the learned MM, NI Act, South-East District, Saket Courts. Therefore, no orders are required to be passed in the present petition. The same is disposed of.
