1. Learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction states that he has now discovered the reasons that prevented the appeals from being uploaded on the portal of the respondent. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner would now file the appeals after making necessary amendments and therefore he seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition. He however, states that delay in filing of the said appeals be condoned. We leave it to the concerned adjudicating authority to deal with the aspect of the condonation of delay in filing the appeals. We may only state that petitioner intended to prefer the appeal within the period of limitation, which is also evident by the fact that the petitioner has approached this Court. These aspects should also be taken into consideration while considering the petitioner's request for

condonation of delay.
