There has been no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner, Iqbal Construction Company, for the last few hearings. The position remains the same even today.

Counsel for Respondent No. 1, Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL), states that the Petitioner herein was selected as L-1 bidder in respect of tender floated by TCIL for construction of "Vertical Extension 3 (Three) Nos Existing Hostels & Construction of 1 (One) Nos 100 Bedded Hostel for Foreign Students for Jamia Milia Islamia University". However, no order was placed on them as the contract of TCIL with Jamia Milia Islamia stood terminated.
