% 20.02.2018 Today, learned counsel for plaintiffs states that plaintiffs have no objection if the present suit is decreed in accordance with the order dated 25th October, 2017 passed in I.As. 18687/2015 and 5328/2017. Learned counsel for defendant No.1 is agreeable to the decree being passed in the aforesaid terms.

Learned counsel for defendant No.2 states that defendant No.2 has been wound up and is no longer a running company. He further states that his client has no objection if the present suit is decreed in accordance with paragraph 32(i) to (iv) of the plaint.

Learned counsel for plaintiffs is agreeable to the same. The statements made by all the learned counsel are accepted by this Court and parties are held bound by the same.
