The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "i.

Initiate contempt proceedings against the Respondent/Contemnor for wilful disobedience/violation of the categorical directions passed by this Hon'ble Court in the order dated 18.02.2025 passed in WP(C) No. 2803/2024 and punish the Respondent/Contemnor for Contempt of Court as provided for under Section 12 of the Act;

ii.

Pass any other or such further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition on the ground that the respondent has since complied with the order dated 18.02.2025 passed in W.P.(C) 2803/2024. 4.
