The present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 20231 (corresponding to Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 19732) seeks quashing of FIR No. 332/2023 dated 05th August, 2023, registered under Section 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 read with Sections 8 and 24 of the Delhi Preservation of Trees Act, 1994 at P.S. Maidan Garhi, Delhi.

In light of the above, since the Petitioner is not being implicated in the FIR, the relief sought for quashing of the impugned FIR is rendered infructuous and the instant petition is disposed of. 4.
