The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 read with Section 2(b) of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers::- "a.

Proceedings may be initiated against the Contemnors/Respondents and they may be punished for committing contempt of the Final Order dated 20.02.2023 passed this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(C) 10193 of 2021 in accordance with law;

b. Costs of contesting the present case may also be awarded to the Petitioner Association;"

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the directions passed vide order dated 20.02.2023 in W.P.(C) 10193/2021 have since been complied with and he does not wish to press the present petition.
