% 21.10.2016 CO.APPL.4074/2016 The present application instituted on behalf of the applicant/petitioner seeks withdrawal of the accompanying petition in view of the circumstance that the parties have arrived at an amicable resolution of the underlying dispute by way of a settlement agreement dated 19.09.2016. The aforesaid settlement agreement has been placed on record. The agreement between the parties is lawful and the same is accepted, leaving the parties to abide by the terms incorporated therein without demur. In view of the foregoing, the present application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.

CO.PET.141/2016 & CO.APPL.652-653/2016 In view of the foregoing, the present application is disposed of as having become compromised. The date already fixed i.e. 06.03.2017 stands cancelled. The petition is disposed of accordingly. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
