Pursuant to yesterday's order, Mr. Abhinav Singh appears and states that he has taken instructions from PWD Engineers, who had inspected the road 20 days back, and has also interacted with the petitioner in order to apprise him of the remedial steps taken, including removal of debris and recarpeting of the area. 2.

Status report be filed in this regard by respondent, along with the photographs, with copy to the counsel for petitioner. 3.

In view of the above, this petition does not need to subsist. 4.

Petition is, accordingly, disposed of along with the pending application. 5.
