The present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking quashing of FIR No. 66/2019, under Sections 376/376D/506 of the IPC & Section 6 of the POCSO Act registered at P.S. Rajouri Garden, New Delhi and subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, including the chargesheet pending in the Court of competent jurisdiction.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the latter, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
