The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the learned ACM to expeditiously dispose of the petitioner's complaint and an application filed under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPC).

It is seen that the court had asked for an Action Taken Report from the concerned officer.

The petitioner's grievance is that the said reports have been submitted by one Inspector Rajesh Kumar against whom the petitioner had made a complaint alleging that he had demanded a bribe. 4.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further states that over three years have now elapsed and the case has not progressed any

further.

It is seen that the said case is listed before the concerned court on 12.09.2019. The petitioner is at liberty to raise all contentions before the said court.

The said court is requested to dispose of the matter, as expeditiously as possible.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid observations. The pending application is disposed of.
