The present petition under Section 438 read with Sections 440 and 442 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 assails order dated 16th December, 2020 in MT Case No. 563/2018 titled Anita Gambhir v. Sanjay Gambhir awarding interim maintenance in favour of Respondent. 2.

Parties were referred to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre where they have successfully resolved their disputes and executed a Settlement Agreement dated 12th August, 2024, copy whereof has been placed on record.

In light of the aforenoted Settlement, counsel for parties state that no further directions are necessary and the parties will abide by the terms of the settlement.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement.
