This petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 0101/2021 dated 16th July 2021, registered at Police Station Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Delhi, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 406/420/467/471/504/506/323/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC'). 2.

Pursuant to the previous order dated 28th May 2025 and 03rd September 2025, petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3 as well as the Authorised Representative for respondent no. 2/complainant, Mr. Yash Garg, are present through video conferencing and have been duly identified by their respective counsels. 3.

It is pointed out that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties, which is recorded in terms of an affidavit filed on behalf of Mr. Vinay Garg dated 06.11.2019. possession of the subject property is in their hands, and the balance amount has already been paid. He has no further complaints in the said matter, and he does not want to pursue this petition any further. 4.

Considering the above settlement between the parties, and the chances of conviction of the petitioners being remote and bleak, there is no use continuing with proceedings of the present FIR as it would be a misuse of the process of the Court and an unnecessary burden on the State exchequer. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. FIR alongwith all proceedings emanating therefrom stands quashed.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of. Pending applications if any are rendered infructuous. 6.
