Petitioners seek quashing of case FIR No. 579/2023 of PS Kotwali, Delhi for offence under Section 392/397/411/34 IPC and the proceedings emanating therefrom. After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise same grounds as raised in this petition at the stage of final arguments in trial before the Trial Court.
