This application, seeking the following reliefs in a disposed of writ petition, is not maintainable:

"1. Pass an appropriate order directing the BDO (North) Village Hiranki, Alipur, North Delhi to hear the Petitioner and take a time bound decision on the representation dated 26.07.2024 addressed by the Petitioner; ii. Pass an appropriate order directing extension of the order dated 26.08.2019 directing stay until such time that the BDO (North) decides the representation dated 26.07.2024 addressed by the Petitioner;" 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that after filing of this petition, the representation has been decided. 3.

Be that as it may, that is a fresh cause of action. 4.
