The present application under Section 439 read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks following prayers:- "It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to grant of interim bail in case/ FIR No.275/ 2022 U/S 363/ 366/ 376/452/ 307 IPC & 6 POCSO Act registered at P.S. I.P. Estate, Delhi for a period of two weeks against the order dated 21.05. 2024 passed by the Court of Sh. Manoj Kumar(II), Addl. Sessions Judge, FTSC (POCSO) -02/Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, in the interest of justice.

Any other or further relief which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case passed in favour of the petitioner."
