The instant petition under Section 397 read with Sections 401 and 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (now under Section 438 read with Sections 442 and 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023) has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:

"(a) Allow the instant Revision Petition against the order dated 31.05.2022 passed by Principal District & Sessions Judge, Shahdara District and thereby enhance the residence order from Rs. 6,000/- to Rs. 10,000/- per month;

(b) Pass any other and further order, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the final order dated 30th January, 2023 under Section 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 has already been passed by Court concerned. Therefore, nothing is left for further adjudication in the matter. He prayed that the instant petition may be disposed of in light of the said final order passed by the learned Court concerned. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has no objection to above submission advanced on behalf of the petitioner. 4.

Taking into consideration the submission advanced on behalf of the petitioner and in view of the final order dated 30th January, 2023 passed by the learned Court concerned, this Court does not find any reason to keep the matter pending as nothing survives for further adjudication in the instant matter.

Accordingly, the instant petition stands disposed of in view of the submission advanced on behalf of the parties and the final order dated 30th January, 2023 passed by Court concerned.
