Judge-02, North-West District, Rohini Courts, whereby the regular bail granted to the Petitioners vide separate orders dated 24th March, 2025 was cancelled, and coercive steps were directed to be taken against them in connection with FIR No. 521/2023 registered at P.S. Shalimar Bagh, under Sections 420/406/34 IPC.

This Court, by a separate order passed today in CRL.M.C. 5049/2025, has quashed FIR No. 521/2023 and all proceedings emanating therefrom, qua the Petitioners.

In view thereof, nothing survives for adjudication in the present petitions, and the same are accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
