The Petitioner apprises the Court of the subsequent facts that took place after the previous order of this Court. He states that on 03rd October, 2024, the competent authority, i.e., Respondent No. 3 has issued the requisite No Objection Certificate2 permitting the Petitioner to carry out the construction in his property bearing no. E-33, Panchsheel Park, New Delhi110017. 2.

In light of the aforenoted NOC, Mr. Jeevesh Nagrath, counsel for Petitioner, states that the Petitioner's grievance stands satisfied and 2 "NOC"

accordingly, he would like to withdraw the present writ petition. Counsel for Respondents No. 1 to 3 states that he has no objection to the request made by Mr. Nagrath.

In light of the order passed in CM APPL. 63826/2024 and as requested by Mr. Nagrath, the present writ petition is disposed of since the relief sought stands satisfied.
