The present application under Section 438 read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks following prayers:- "In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, it is, therefore, most humbly and respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue direction to the S.H.O./I.O. of P.S. Ranhola, Delhi to release the petitioner on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest against the impugned order dated 19.04.2024 passed by the Ld. Court of Ms. Ambika Singh, Ld. ASJ-02, Distt. West, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in case FIR No. 0261/24 U/S 308/323/324/506/34 registered at P.S. Ranhola, Delhi, in the interest of justice.

Any other or further relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case be also passed in favour of the petitioner."
