The present petition has been filed under section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking execution of the Arbitral Award dated 08.12.2016.

My attention has been drawn to order dated 09.04.2024 whereby the learned counsel for the decree-holder stated that he would file an amended memo of parties and thereafter take steps for service of notice on Mr. Amit Surekha.

Even though the amended memo has been filed by the decree holder, the same is lying under objections and has not been placed on record. In addition, no steps have been taken by the decree holder to bring the amended memo of parties on record.

For the last three hearings, none has appeared on behalf of the decreeholder before the learned Joint Registrar.
