The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, inter alia, praying that the respondent be directed to pay a sum of ₹43,27,58,814/- towards the invoices raised by the petitioner.

The parties have now filed an application (IA No.6629/2018) enclosing therewith a settlement agreement dated 03.05.2018. The learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the present petition be disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. 3.

Since a settlement has been arrived at between the parties, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
