This application has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking early hearing of the writ petition.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. 3.
With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is being taken up for hearing today.

The Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers: "(i) Issue a writ of mandamus and direct the Respondent No.1 to provide the certified copy of order dated 15.02.2023 passed in Original Complaint No. 1816/2022 along with entire pleadings and supporting documents referred confirming the provisional attachment, (ii) Issue a writ of mandamus and direct Respondent W.P.(C) 11659/2023 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. On 06.05.2024, the learned CGSC appearing for the Respondents prayed for some time to obtain instructions.

Today, learned CGSC appearing for the Respondents states that in the special facts and circumstances of this case, the Department has agreed to supply all the documents as sought for by the Petitioner in the writ petition. The statement is taken on record.

As far as pleadings are concerned, it is always open for the Petitioner to approach the Adjudicating Authority and it is for the Adjudicating Authority to consider the request of the Petitioner and pass appropriate Orders.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, along with pending application(s), if any.

Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to approach this Court in case need so arises in future.

The next date of hearing of the writ petition i.e., 09.07.2024 stands cancelled.
