Learned counsel for the State under instruction from the Investigating Officer states that the petitioner had appeared before the Investigating Officer on 06.02.2018.

The petitioner undertakes to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when summoned by him. His latest mobile number and address shall be furnished to the Investigating Officer. Interim order is confirmed. In the event of arrest, petitioner be admitted to bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.
