Pursuant to the order dated 25.08.2025 of the Joint Registrar, disputes have been amicably settled between the parties under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The terms of the settlement have been reduced into writing vide the Settlement Agreement dated 08.01.2026.

This Court has perused the terms of the Settlement Agreement and finds no impediment in decreeing the Suit qua the defendant. 3.

The Settlement Agreement dated 25.08.2025 be marked as Exhibit A. The terms whereof shall form part of the decree. 4.

Court Fees in terms of Section 16 Court Fees Act, 1870 shall be refunded to the plaintiff upon completion of all formal requisites, upon fulfillment of all the formalities as per Rules.

In view of the above, the decree shall be drawn up accordingly and the Suit is disposed of in the term thereof.
