CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PURUSHAINDRA KUMAR KAURAV
O R D E R
% 16.07.2024 1.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant seeks liberty to withdraw the instant appeal in view of the fact that the matter has already been compromised. He, however, submits that in terms of order dated 26.08.2019, the appellant has deposited FDR of Rs.45,000/- before the Registry of this Court.
2.
Since the matter stands settled between the parties, there is no reason to retain the said FDR with the Registry.
3.
Accordingly, it is directed that upon due verification of the appellant, the aforesaid FDR along with accrued interest be released by the Registry in favour of the petitioner.
4.
Consequently, the instant appeal along with pending applications stands disposed of.
