The instant application has been filed by the plaintiff seeking withdrawal of the civil suit.

For the reasons stated in the application, the civil suit is permitted to be withdrawn in terms of the prayer 'b' of the instant application, which reads as under:

"b) Permit the plaintiff to withdraw the present suit titled as "Suresh Kumar Paladugu vs. Niall Sadh, TCG Studios & Ors.' bearing CS(OS) No. 370 of 2025. with the liberty to institute a fresh suit on the same cause of action/subject-matter pertaining to similar claims as prayed by the plaintiff in his plaint in the above-captioned suit;" 3.

The instant application stands disposed of.

The date already fixed before the Joint Registrar on 12.09.2025 stands cancelled.

The Registry is also directed to refund the 50% of the court fee to the plaintiff.
