CRL.M.A. 1137/2025 By way of the present application filed under section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, the petitioner seeks restoration of the petition which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 06.12.2024.

Mr. Anvesh Madhukar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits, that the petitioner went unrepresented in the matter by reason of his then counsel having suffered prolonged illness. 3.
