After hearing arguments for some time, learned Counsel for the petitioner, who seeks cancellation of bail granted to respondent No.2-Mr. Adarsh Tiwari, does not press the present petition. 2.

He, however, seeks a direction to the investigating agency to file final report without any delay. He submits that the regular bail was granted way back on 01.09.2022 and the chargesheet has yet not been filed. 3.

Learned APP for the state submits that the IO is present and the final report would be filed before the concerned Magisterial Court within eight weeks, positively.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 5.
