The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed impugning the order dated 23.04.2024 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court-02, South-East District, Saket Courts, Delhi in HMA No. 45/24 titled as "Saloni vs. Nirav Shah" whereby the application moved under Section 151 CPC on behalf of petitioner seeking waiver of statutory period was dismissed.
