Petitioner/landlady impugns order dated 16.04.2018 whereby leave to defend has been granted to the respondent. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial court, by order dated 23.07.2019, has directed the petitioner to file replication by 27.08.2019. He submits that in case the directions are issued enlarging the time to file replication, he shall not press his petition. 3.

Keeping in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the time to file replication is enlarged by a period of four weeks from today. 4.

In view of the above directions, learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Accordingly, petition is dismissed as withdraw with the aforesaid directions.
