The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been preferred to assail the order dated 16.05.2024 passed by the learned Civil Judge-02, West, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi in CS SCJ No. 809/2021 titled as "Sunil Kumar vs Pt. Ram Kumar & Ors", whereby the suit has been rejected under Order VII Rule 11 (f) read with Order VII Rule 9 CPC for not getting service effected.

After addressing some submissions, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach appropriate forum as per law.
