Petitions under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 have been filed on behalf of the Petitioners, seeking quashing of the Complaint Cases bearing CC No. 10414/2017, 10412/2017 and 10413/2017 respectively, pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, South District, Saket District Courts, New Delhi and the consequential proceedings emanating therefrom.

Learned counsel for the Complainant submits that all these Cases are at the stage of final arguments.

The Petitioners submit that there is no case made out against the Petitioners on the grounds stated in the Petitions. However, since the cases at the stage of final arguments, the Petitioners are at liberty to make these assertions before the learned Trial Court, at the time of final arguments. 4.

The Petitions are hereby disposed of accordingly. Pending Applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
