CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANOJ JAIN

O R D E R

% 01.04.2025 CM APPL. 18879/2025 (Exemption) Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. CM APPL. 18878/2025 (for correction of order) 1.

This Court has seen its last order dated 25.03.2025. 2.

After hearing learned counsel for petitioner/applicant and after evaluating the attendant facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not find any error apparent on face of record. 3.

Moreover, in the garb of this correction application, the petitioner cannot seek reduction in the cost. On the last date, after hearing both the parties and keeping in mind the statements made by both the sides, this Court, while allowing the petition, had imposed cost of Rs. 25,000/- and, resultantly, the delay in filing the appeal was condoned and such appeal was, thus, directed to be restored.

4.

Mere fact that petitioner feels that such cost is excessive, which does not seem to be even otherwise, the petitioner cannot be permitted to seek clarification or correction.

5.

In view of the above, application stands dismissed, being devoid of any merit.
