The present appeal under Section 13 of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 has been filed by the Appellant against the Order dated 29.04.2025 passed by the Ld. District Judge (Commercial-08), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in CS (COMM.) 2704/2021.

Without advancing any arguments, the learned Counsel appearing for the Appellants seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal, however, he states that since substantial evidence has already been led by the Appellants, a direction may be given to the Ld. Trial Court to conclude the hearing as expeditiously as possible.

Permission, as sought for, is granted.

The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn, along with pending application(s), if any.
