Learned counsel for the petitioners, after some arguments, submitted that the petitioners shall appear before the Trial Court in case the Trial Court may proceed qua the present petitioners in terms of order dated 17.12.2013 passed by this Court in Crl.M.C. 5266/2013 with regard to the other co-accused.

Accordingly, the Trial Court is directed to proceed with the matter in terms of the said order dated 17.12.2013 also in the case of these petitioners, as per law.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that in view of the aforesaid directions, he may be allowed to withdraw the petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications are also dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petition.
