After some hearing, learned Counsel for the appellant submits that he would be satisfied, for the present, if the court requests the learned Single Judge to advance the date of hearing of the IA 8615/2025 which presently stands fixed for 3 September 2025. 2.

We, accordingly, dispose of this appeal with a request to the learned Single Judge to take up and decide IA 8615/2025 filed by the appellant under Order XXXIX Rule 4 of the CPC, if possible on some date in July.
