Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of the Recruitment Rules for the post of Chargeman(Technical) in the Indian Ordinance Factory having been notified on 21.05.2024, the grievance of the petitioners in the present petition stands satisfied. He, therefore, does not press the present petition any further.

2. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
